On behalf of The Gym Group, Thompson Heaney have acquired gym space in this new retail park development on the Coventry Road in Sheldon, due to be opened next year.
The former Toys R Us unit has been let to B & M who will be trebling their size on the park.

The acquisition of this former Homesense unit will be the first of the new smaller format Go stores. The store will open at the end of June 2018.
Smyths Toys open their 8th Scottish store in June 2018 at The Stack, Dundee. Other retailers at The Stack include Home Bargains, Aldi and The Range.
Peacocks are opening a new store at the new Cross Hands Retail Park, Llanelli. Other retailers will include Iceland and Pets At Home. It is a relocation from the existing concession within the Co-Op.
