NCF have opened their 2nd South Wales on Newport Rd, Cardiff in the former B&M. The unit is a prominent stand alone 17,000 sq ft showroom in one Cardiff’s busiest retailing spots. TH advised on the acquisition on NCF’s behalf.

NCF have opened their 4th New Store of the year at J9 Warrington. The store is 14,000 sq ft and was a former Homebargains and is NCF’s 4th store in the North West. TH acted on NCF’s behalf on the acquisition.
