On behalf of Costa Coffee, TH advised on the acquisition of a new Drive Thru’ at Topaz Business Park, Bromsgrove, just off Junction 1 M42.
Acting jointly on behalf of the Landlord, a letting has completed to B&M on the former Poundstretcher unit. The unit of c.23,500 sq ft will provide a new and strong anchor to the now fully let Park.

Instructed by Tui on the ‘White Space Stores’ Project, TH have concluded the successful acquisitions of new stores at Castlepoint Bournemouth, Kidderminster Weavers Wharf and the newly constructed Bishop Auckland Retail and Leisure Park. Further new store acquisitions are in the pipeline.
NCF’s store expansion continues with new openings in prime locations; Gateshead Metro Centre and Manchester White City. TH advised on both locations which have been long term targets.
TH have advised Costa on the acquisition of a new drive thru store at Ram Jam Services. The store will form part of a new purpose-built roadside development along the A1 northbound near Stretton.
TH has acquired a new 15,000 sq ft store for Smyths Toys on Hollywood Retail and Leisure Park, which comprises almost 125,000 sq ft of space with other occupiers including Dunelm, Aldi, TK Maxx and Currys.
Acting on behalf of Aberdeen, TH has successfully completed a number of asset management initiatives including lease regears with Currys and Carpetright as well as a new letting to a Costa Coffee drive thru.
On behalf of Canal and River Trust, TH negotiated a new lease with Porcelanosa at Longford Island Retail Park which secures their long term presence at the scheme.
